Peopleseek ("we", "us") is an AI recruiting platform. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Peopleseek you agree to this policy.
01Information we collect
- Account data — your name, email, and workspace information when you sign up.
- Content you provide — the goals, messages, contacts, and business context you enter into the product.
- Connected-service data — when you connect a provider (e.g. Google, HubSpot), data from that service needed to perform the actions you ask for.
Recruiter Network applications. If you apply to join the Recruiter Network, we keep the answers you give on the form (your name, email, agency, specialties, location, languages, markets, experience and an optional link) and, for 90 days, the IP address and browser the application was sent from, to protect the form from abuse. We use them only to review your application and to contact you about client projects that fit your experience. Applications are kept apart from candidate data: they are never added to the people employers search, and only our team can read them. You can ask us to see or delete your application at any time.
02Candidate data
Employers use Peopleseek to run hiring, so the product holds data about candidates who may have no account here. What is held, what erasure does to it, and what is deliberately kept are set out on a separate page, generated from the product's own data register: Candidate data. That page also lists the questions still awaiting a legal answer.
03Google user data
If you connect a Google account, we access only the scopes you authorize (such as Gmail and Google Sheets) to carry out tasks you request — for example, sending an email or updating a sheet on your behalf. Peopleseek's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it except as needed to provide the features you request.
04How we use data
To operate the product, run the workflows and actions you set up, secure your account, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.
05Storage and security
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers. Credentials and access tokens are encrypted at rest. We restrict access to your data to what is needed to operate the service.
06Your choices
You can disconnect a provider at any time from your connections settings, which revokes our access. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at hello@peopleseek.ai.
07Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
