Peopleseek is an AI recruiting platform that turns your hiring goals into workflows that run against services you connect. Every message to a candidate requires your explicit approval before it is sent. Features may change over time.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use any accounts you connect.
03Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including sending unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable laws, or infringing the rights of others. You are responsible for the content and outreach you generate through the Service.
04Third-party services
When you connect third-party providers (e.g. Google, HubSpot), your use of those services is also governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
05Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate.
06Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peopleseek will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
07Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
08Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
